In September 2021, a capacitor manufacturer from the Czech Republic approached us and requested the addition of a new capacitor production equipment, a metal film capacitor winding machine, due to the increase in product output and improvement requirements of product processes at the customer's factory.
After 10 months of technical and business communication, the customer ultimately chose Minder Highegh, a professional and cost-effective option, among several other equipment suppliers in Europe, the United States, and other countries.
In May 2022, we reached a transaction with the client and successfully delivered the equipment safely to their factory via sea freight.
Afterwards, our engineers remotely assisted the customer in equipment installation and startup debugging, greatly improving their production efficiency and receiving perfect recognition from the customer.
