Bubble tester

MDNY-BUBT-6L is a specialized equipment independently developed for rough leak detection process of electronic components used in industries such as integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, and electronic products.
Principle: Due to the small molecules of low boiling point fluorine oil (light fluorine oil), even small leaks can pass through.
If there are leaks in the device, low boiling point fluorine oil will enter the device under pressure when pressurized. Due to the low boiling point fluorine oil having a boiling point temperature of approximately 45.7 ℃, when placed in high boiling point fluorine oil at a temperature of 125 ℃, the low boiling point fluorine oil rapidly vaporizes, causing a rapid increase in internal pressure of the components. The gas inside the cavity will emerge from the leak, resulting in the appearance of bubbles in high boiling fluorine oil.

Performance characteristics

This device heats heavy fluorine oil to a temperature range of 125 ± 5 ℃ through a set of electric heating systems. Place
electronic components that have been treated with pressurized light fluorine oil during leak detection. Components with leaks may have light fluorine oil vaporize and overflow to form bubbles, which can be distinguished by observation.
This device is specially equipped with a magnifying glass function, which can magnify bubbles by more than 5 times, making it easier to observe small bubbles and thus improving leak detection efficiency This device has a compact overall structure, is easy to move, is easy to operate, has high detection efficiency, and is long-term safe and reliable.
