Mask aligner Sails to Eastern Europe

In January 2023, a chip research and development company in Eastern Europe contacted us. They need sample development to verify multiple wafers of different sizes, in order to help more companies upgrade their products.

Because it is a preliminary exploration, the specifications of the mounting platform and mask frame, as well as the specific configuration of the machine, are not clear.

The customer found similar equipment in Europe and compared it repeatedly with Minder Hightech. We were ultimately chosen in May 2023.

During the equipment production period, engineers from both sides had multiple in-depth discussions on how to build a laboratory and how to choose supporting equipment.

In November 2023, the equipment arrived through the customer's charter flight, and engineers from both parties had a remote video conference on the installation and use of the machine.

In January 2024, customers provided feedback that the first batch of experimentally developed silicon wafers had been well applied in their factories, resulting in a 60% improvement in product performance.
